Ayurvedic Asana Level I with Jessica Anduze

Wednesdays, 11am – 12:15pm

Rooted in the ancient principles of yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, this class is built to nourish the health of the physical body, while also strengthening and healing the mind and spirit. Asana, pranayama, and meditation will be used to encourage the flow of prana throughout the body to support circulation as well as a balanced nervous system. Expect a slower class focused on increasing harmony between yourself and the world around you. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
