Ascend at Boscobel

Join Ascend Studio at Boscobel for this Seasonal Weekend Yoga Program.

We will be reminded to move, as Ralph Waldo Emerson urged,
“with the pace of nature.”

JULY 24 – SEPTEMBER 27

Flow through Yoga practices in Boscobel’s stunning West Meadow overlooking the Hudson River, guided expertly by Ascend’s Sincere and Masterful Teachers. We will practice and celebrate community through the healing and strengthening power of breath, mindfulness and movement, placing special emphasis on being present for ourselves despite the uncertainty of the past few months. Let’s celebrate the natural world and care for our minds and our bodies while valuing community and a shared understanding of the privilege of practicing together… IN PERSON!

As we maintain our safe, physical distance, we can begin to rediscover the joy of practicing as a community. Please bring your own mask, mat, water, and any props you’d like to use. Pre-registration is required. Upon arrival, please check in at the Visitor Center.

When:

FRIDAY, JULY 24 – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
FRIDAYS: 6:00 – 7:15pm
SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS: 9:30 – 10:45am

Admission:

$25 per person
Ascend and Boscobel are also offering a limited number of pay-what-you-wish tickets for those in need at this challenging time. To inquire, please email Boscobel Director of Visitor Engagement Ed Glisson at eglisson@boscobel.org.
