Yoga or Trauma and PTSD Workshop
YOGA FOR TRAUMA & PTSD WORKSHOP

Danielle DiCamillio-Gallagher
Saturday, November 2nd, 2:30-5 pm
$50 pre-registration required

Trauma is a part of the human experience. While each traumatic experience is unique to the individual, we now know that we share a universal language for storing trauma in the physical body. The mind-body connection of yoga can hold the key to regulating a feeling of safety and groundedness in our daily life. Any breach in our physical or emotional safety has the potential to subsequently impact our life, and we all seek the tools to heal and cope with the challenges we face.

Join Danielle DiCamillio-Gallagher for this afternoon workshop focused on understanding the mind-body connection of Trauma and PTSD, and how we can use the tools of yoga and mindfulness to help ourselves and those we love. This workshop is open to all, and will include both informative discussion and a gentle practice of yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation.

*minimum enrollment required. Cancellations will be communicated by email 48 hours in advance*
