HOW IT WORKS

Our curated events start at a minimum of $200 for a single guest. Each additional activity/guest incurs a per-person add-on charge. For instance, if you have a group of 10 participating in a guided hike, the base would be $200, with a per-person charge of $50 for the 9 other guests. The total cost for the experience would then be $650 ($65 per person).

The Foundry Spring

Together we will take a stroll in our magical backyard (aka the Foundry Preserve) to ID and wild harvest a few beautiful spring medicinals such as chickweed, cleavers, dandelion, wild mustard and nettles. Come spring time these precious plants are tender, full of flavor and loaded with medicine, vitamins and minerals, that our bodies crave coming out of the winter season into spring and summer. We will forage and wild harvest our herbal treasures and take them back to Ascend where together we will whip up the most delicious, flavorful and highly medicinal spring pesto! It can be used to dress your salads, pastas or any cooked dishes, paired with lots of compliments from friends and family. You will go home with a jar of green goodness, lots of herbal knowledge, a few awesome new friends, and a great pesto recipe to share.
