Lindsay Rae Freeman

Lindsay grew up studying classical Modern and Ballet dance devoting herself fully to her art at an early age. Her love of dance evolved over the years into a curiosity about movement therapies that allow for deep introspection. Lindsay is an Authorized Level II Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, Vinyasa Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has a daily self-practice and regularly seeks out guidance from teachers of various disciplines including yoga, massage, pilates & personal training. Lindsay teaches group led classes and also specializes in teaching students privately. Both settings allow her to support her students in developing a sustainable life-long practice. She believes in empowering students to gain independence and confidence in their movement so that they can engage with the meditative aspects of the yoga practice.
