Join Dani and Angela from Ascend Center for an Autumn Equinox opportunity to practice yoga outside on Boscobel’s Great Lawn.

Ascend Center’s talented instructors will be moving through a well-rounded asana yoga class led by Dani with the synchronized sounds of Angela singing live, all with the backdrop of the majestic Hudson River sunset in celebration of the Autumn Equinox.

This yoga class is geared towards all levels with numerous options for challenges and moments for personal surrender. All participants will collectively have an opportunity to seal their practice with a Kirtan of call and answer devotional chanting.
