Crafting Herbal Remedies for Winter Wellness–An experiential workshop

Join Katya Varlamova, Cold Spring based clinical herbalist and member of the Ascend Collective, for this highly experiential workshop in herbal winter wellness!

We will kick start the evening by making delicious fresh ginger shots to ring in a healthy 2023! Once warmed up, inspired and energized, we will jump into the basics of keeping healthy during the winter season, covering main winter wellness herbs, essential oils, vitamins and foods! Katya will share with us her favorite herbal remedies and easy recipes to support the immune, respiratory and digestive health during the season. We will finish our night together by crafting a delicious WINTER TONIC herbal tea blend that Katya designed especially for this evening’s workshop - a take-home gift for you to enjoy on a cozy winter afternoon!

Workshop price includes all of the in-class & take-home herbal preparations.
