Vinny Colandrea

Julia Zern

Fridays 6-7:30pm
February 17th, April 14th, June 16th, Sept 15th

In this workshop we'll be moving from gentle yoga postures into stillness supported by the healing frequency of sound. Julia will guide gentle movement and Yin Yoga ( 45 minutes) into an extended sound bath (45 minutes) Savasana led by Vinny. This experience will allow your body and nervous system to release tension to deeply relax and restore.

Sound therapy can help us achieve deep sleep and parasympathetic states, aka the 'Rest and Digest' function. This gives the opportunity for our bodies to repair, regenerate, and come back to a place of health and happiness.
