We will then call in the Renewal: where do we want to expand on a physical, emotional and soul levels? And what is our deepest spiritual truth? Together, and using the energy of this new moon in Aires, we will create a powerful manifestation ritual to birth into existence our new reality based on this deep clarity and focused intention.
In the last part of the workshop Katya will share her favorite plant medicines and spring wellness recipes to embrace the season by cleansing the digestive and lymphatic systems and remineralizing the body.
