Depression, addiction, PTSD and abuse have been passed down from generation after generation within my family. It has caused a great deal of heartache and suffering and I've spent most of my life trying to heal this family wound within myself. I spent years in talk therapy and although I found it helpful, this wound went much deeper than my conscious mind could access. It was through years of mentorship with Janet Wright, that I began to learn how to heal stress and trauma trapped within my physical body and energy field. I spent 6 years studying under her as an energy practitioner and intuitive. I spent another two years studying under the gifted teachers, Natalie Deeb and Annie Samojedny, and received my certification in CranioSacral Balancing.
