Surrender: A movement class for healing
With the world quite literally feeling on fire, where do you find sanctuary? For me it is in a deeper connection to life, the elements, the directions, my ancestors and future generations. The way to healing for me is through the body, this is where everything is stored. This class is an exploration of our spiritual connection through movement.
We will do breathwork to purify, somatic exercises to release stored grief, yin yoga postures to untangle stress in the connective tissue and a yoga nidra practice to receive and integrate.
The class will be curated to music. All are welcome just as you are.
