Fascinated by anatomy and biomechanics, Celia left the music industry to explore the principles of movement and mindfulness. An Advanced Therapeutic Practitioner and Master Trainer, she has more than 1500 hours of training in Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Celia has trained with leaders in the industry such as Erika Bloom and Noah Maze, and has worked with major brands like the Ace Hotel, Coachella Music Festival, Yogaworks, and Outdoor Voices. Inspired by the magic of slow living, she has been leading week-long retreats in her homeland, Greece.
