Are you struggling with a little leaking when you cough, sneeze, or jump? Or do you feel pressure, weakness, and discomfort in your bottom?

Join lead Pilates instructor, Tara Gregorio for her signature class Pelvic Pow-HER. 

In these four weeks, you’ll learn how to:

  • lengthen and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with safe, low-impact physical therapy and pilates exercises to feel confident you’re engaging your pelvic floor muscles correctly

  • How constipation can create a prolapse and tips on improving digestion to reduce pelvic pressure 

  • Tips and tricks for supporting your pelvic floor with breathwork, exercises, and even pessaries to avoid surgery 

This workshop is perfect for postpartum and menopausal women struggling with pelvic floor discomfort and not sure what to do about it.
